Community College
Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
Students who are residents of WICHE states are eligible to request a reduced tuition rate of 150% of resident tuition at participating two- and four-year college programs outside of their home state.
Gap Year Association
A resource for students interested in taking “intentional time away from the classroom before accruing college debt, starting their careers, and choosing a life-path, in order to facilitate perspective, purpose, and maturation.”
University of San Diego’s Torero Promise
The Torero Promise is a guaranteed admissions program being offered to students enrolled in the Dioceses of San Diego and San Bernardino high schools.
The California Promise
The California Promise Program enables a specific number of campuses of the California State University (CSU) to establish pledge programs for entering first-time students who are both interested and able to complete baccalaureate degrees in four years.

Cathedral Catholic High School College Fair 2024
There will be an in-person, on-campus college fair on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in the Claver Center Gymnasium from 6-8 pm. There is no cost to attend this event. Our fair is open to the public. A list of colleges and universities that will be attending will be available closer to the event date. Contact Michelle Carroll with any questions.
College Rep Visits
The Cathedral Catholic High School Counseling Office welcomes back college admissions representatives to campus next fall! Schedule your Fall 2024 appointment in Rep Visits now! College admissions representatives have the opportunity to book 30-minute, in-person visits with our juniors and seniors. Virtual visits during the school day are not possible at this time, however the Counseling Office can promote and provide a virtual meeting link to students for information sessions held before or after school hours (8 am – 2:20 pm). The Cathedral Catholic Counseling Office also welcomes college mini-fairs or group lunchtime visits to campus. Please contact Michelle Carroll directly to arrange these events.
