Transcripts
Cathedral Catholic High School has partnered with a new third-party service provider to process official transcript requests. This change streamlines the process and ensures secure and timely delivery of transcripts for all students.
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts will now be processed through Parchment, a secure digital exchange platform, and the following fees apply:
- Current students: $5
- Alumni students: $10
Please note:
- Naviance: Official transcripts sent to colleges and universities through Naviance will not incur a $5 charge. You do not need to put in a request for this through Parchment. We see the requests in Naviance.
- NCAA: Official transcripts sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center for student-athletes will not incur a $5 charge. You do not need to put in a request for this through Parchment. We see the requests in our NCAA High School Eligibility Portal.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts will continue to be available at no cost for current students and can be requested through Parchment by creating an account with the student’s CCHS Dons email account.
In most cases unofficial transcripts suffice (i.e. college sport recruiting events, car insurance, etc).
Education Verifications
For third-party education verifications, select ‘Order on Behalf of Someone Else’ on the Parchment website. You can find a video tutorial on how to make these requests below.

Diplomas
Alumni may purchase a copy of their diploma. Pricing will vary depending on shipping and handling prices set by the external printing vendor Jostens. Diploma printing and shipping can take 4-6 business weeks. Submit your request by clicking the button below.
