Parking Permit

Cathedral Catholic High School has three parking lots for students.
There is no off-campus parking for CCHS students.

In order to park on campus, students will need to attend with a parent/guardian a Smart Start course on campus.  The next course is Tuesday, August 13th from 5:30-7:30 pm. This is the last offering for students to receive a parking space by the first day of school. You only need to attend once during your high school career.

There will be a course offered on August 19th, but any student taking this course will not be allowed to park on campus for the first week of school. Any student who has not received a parking space will need to make other arrangements to get to and from school. Anyone attempting to park on campus or in the nearby neighborhood without attending the course will lose parking privileges for the remainder of the year.

Here is the link to sign up for the Smart Start Course on August 13th and for August 19th.

Agreement

On school days, park your vehicle/motorcycle in the space assigned to you (5:30am - 2:15pm). Do not back your car into your space.  The parking permit sticker must be peeled and attached to the outside back window on the lower left (driver’s side). A permit sticker must be on each vehicle/motorcycle driven to school.  If an additional permit sticker or a replacement sticker is needed, see the Attendance Office.  The cost is $5.  If you are using a car without a permit sticker for a single day use, you MUST notify security or the Dean’s office immediately upon arriving to school. Any fraudulent use of the permit stickers will result in loss of parking privilege. If at any time there is a change in vehicle or carpool, the Dean’s office must be notified immediately and a new sticker purchased $5. If another vehicle is parked in your space, report the license number of the vehicle to security and they will guide you to a parking space for the day. All students must park on campus.  There is no off campus parking allowed for any student. Students may only park in their designated spots.  Speed limit will be enforced and practice safe driving. Please respect the security personnel, as they will direct traffic as needed. Report any other problems you observe to security. Students shall not loiter around or enter a parked car, even their own, until school is dismissed. Use of phone or electronic device is never allowed while driving.
