Tuition Schedule

The $500 Tuition Deposit is non-refundable, is required of each student for the purpose of enrollment, and is due by March 31, 2019.  Submissions after the due date will incur a $100 late fee.

Students who have not submitted the tuition agreement and the tuition deposit by March 31, 2019 will automatically be placed on a wait list for course preferences, and course lists will be created for them as available.

Tuition Payments are required to be submitted via SMART Tuition.

Refund Policies

All students are enrolled for the entire school year and a full year’s tuition is required; however, if a student withdraws before August 1, 2019, only non-refundable tuition deposit and one twelfth of the yearly tuition will be charged.  Withdrawal in August, prior to the first day of school, will result in two-twelfths of the yearly tuition being charged.  Withdrawal anytime during a semester requires payment for the entire semester.

Delinquent Account Balance Policies

A 2.5% late charge will apply to past due balances each month.

An account that is over 60 days past due may result in the following:

  • Student will not be permitted to begin a new school year in August or new semester in January,
  • student will be excluded from attending classes during the term until the account is current,
  • student will not be permitted to take semester exams, and
  • if a senior, student will not be permitted to take semester exams and graduation privileges will be withheld.


I, the undersigned, enroll the student named on this agreement in Cathedral Catholic High School for the 2019-2020 academic school year.  I have read the entire agreement and agree to comply with its terms, including payment of the applicable tuition described herein.  Furthermore, I understand that the student and parent/s/guardian/s must comply with school regulations and policies.  I also understand that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may be sufficient cause for dismissal of the student from Cathedral Catholic High School.  In acknowledgement of this agreement, I have also paid the $500 non-refundable tuition deposit for the student named on this agreement.
