Portfolio Review
Jennifer Saluti, Director of Admissions and Recruiting at Syracuse University, College of Visual and Performing Art  will be in the San Diego area on Friday, October 27 reviewing portfolios. The SDSU Pacific Islander Student Association (PISA) will have their annual High School Conference (HSC) on Saturday, November 4, 2017. High schools from all over Southern California are invited to join in this celebration of promoting higher education for Pacific Islander youth. This event is for Pacific Islander and non-Pacific Islander high school students. It will be held at the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Registration begins at 8:00am. Students can attend cultural, academic and financial aid workshops and listen to student panels. All students are given the opportunity to meet other fellow students and listen to community speakers about their paths to success. The event includes breakfast and lunch and a talent competition. Students interested in pursuing a college degree in music, theater, art, dance, or other related disciplines are welcome to attend the NACAC Performing and Visual Arts College Fair. This free event is being held on Saturday, October 28th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at the USD Hahn University Center. There will also be a pre-fair workshop, beginning at 12:00 PM, that will discuss how to navigate the Performing and Fine Arts Admissions process. For additional details, please visit
