Drawing to take place on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Cathedral Catholic High School.
Entrant will be sent an original printed ticket. The ticket stub will be entered into drawing and be retained by CCHS. Winner of the raffle will be determined by random drawing.
Cathedral Catholic will pay the tax on behalf of the winner. Winner agrees to comply with all IRS regulations regarding raffle winnings. Winner agrees to furnish CCHS with his/her social security number, verify his/her identity, and sign all required IRS documentation prior to claiming their prize.
The raffle ticket purchasers release CCHS, its staff, faculty, administration, directors and the Diocese of San Diego from any and all liability, loss or claim arising out of the raffle prize.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
Winner agrees to allow CCHS to publish their name and photograph on the CCHS website and social media pages.
Vehicle is delivered as is.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
To obtain your raffle ticket:
- Download this form and mail to CCHS c/o Chevy Raffle 5555 Del Mar Heights Road San Diego, CA 92130. Make check payable to CCHS for $100 per ticket and include with form;
- Call the CCHS Business office with your credit card (must speak with a live person);
- Drop off your check to the Business Office or Advancement Office at CCHS.
