January 23 Admission Applications Due Submit $75 application fee in the Ravenna Portal
January 25 Placement Presentation Live, Placement Request Form Live Learn about the Cathedral Catholic High School Curriculum and Placement Process. Link to request form will be provided to all applied families.
February 5 Supplemental Application Documents Due  Complete the Student Questionnaire, Identification Records, Immunization Records, Transcripts & Recommendations in the Ravenna Portal. Transcript & Recommendation requests will be posted in the Ravenna portal on December 14, 2020.
February 15 Tuition Assistance (FAIR) Applications Due Complete FAIR APP . Please use our school code of 118, and password cchs118.
February 16 Placement Preferences Due After viewing the Placement Presentation, submit your placement preferences. Link to request form will be provided to all applied families.
February 20 Placement Test Students will sit for the CCHS Placement Test. 
February Student & Family Meetings Sign up for a Student & Family Meeting in the Ravenna Portal. Dates will be released in December.
March 15 Admission Decisions Released Decisions will be published in the Ravenna Portal
March 31 Registration Deadline Submit Tuition Agreement and $500 Tuition Deposit
April 14 Welcome Orientation & Proposed Course List Attend Welcome Orientation. Students will receive a proposed course list based on student requests, previous courses, grades, recommendations and placement test results. There will be a process for families to confirm or modify these proposed core and elective courses, communicated during the Welcome Orientation.
May Challenge Test Students who wish to be considered for an advanced level of Language or Math will have the opportunity to take a Challenge Test.
