Today is Tuesday of the 3rd week of Lent, and the Church celebrates the (m)emorial of Saint Frances of Rome (1384-1440), foundress of religious order - the Congregation of the Oblates of Mary.
Today's prayer was written by CCHS student Chase Hightower class of 2011
Dear loving Father, we thank you for this beautiful life you have given us. Thank you for our family, good health, and good fortune. Please continue granting us these gifts while also spreading them to those in need, particularly the sick, poor, and persecuted. Help us walk away from the temptation of sin so that we may one day walk with you in Heaven. Assist us in keeping faith in you. Amen.
