COURSE DESCRIPTION: This seminar-style course examines the student’s goals and hopes for the future. Students will consider personal, religious, and social consequences of choices they face in life. It is a comprehensive course that not only covers the four states of life, but also addresses identity, and autonomy, creativity and learning, work, money and possessions, suffering and healing, sexuality, love, friendship and communication. These topics are approached from the Catholic-Christian perspective and are foundational to any examination of single life, marriage, religious life and ordained ministry.
