LiturgiesThe DONS of Cathedral Catholic High School are a Catholic faith community first and foremost. While this statement is lived out in the lives of each student, administrator, faculty and staff member on campus, it is celebrated and strengthened in the prayer and liturgical experiences that mark each day and season. Daily PrayerEach school day begins with a student led prayer. Classroom prayer at the beginning of each class reinforces the centrality of prayer in our lives and the lives of our students. Liturgy of the EucharistAt the celebration of the Eucharist we recognize that we are the Body of Christ, becoming what we receive. Eucharist is celebrated daily in St. Thérèse chapel every morning at 7:15am and occasionally during lunch. All-school liturgies are celebrated on various feasts and solemnities of the Church. We celebrate these masses in our gym at 9:30am. Liturgy of the Eucharist is also celebrated for various teams and communities within the overall CCHS community throughout the year.
