Martin Correia ’86 Serves as President of the Dons Alumni Association. Through his constant dedication and leadership, the association has developed new strategies and ideas to better serve the alumni community. Martin believes in Catholic Education and hopes others will lend their support. “At some point in our lives, it is important to take responsibility, not for personal benefit, but for the future of our Catholic community. By paying it forward, it is my hope that someone will do the same for my children and family, when I know longer can. Once a Don, Always a Don!”
Steve Boudreau ’69 Is a partner in the Boudreau Williams Law Firm. He has served as president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and as a board member for the Board of Trustees of the Consumer Attorney of California. When Dr. Estelle Kassebaum was an administrator at USDHS Steve served as president of the USDHS Alumni Association, and later, as a member of the USDHS Board of Trustees. He has been active in alumni affairs, off and on, for many years. “I am very pleased with the resurgence of interest in alumni affairs at CCHS.”
Jack Anthony Rubidoux ’74 Returned to his Alma Mater to teach and coach for seven years and continued to guide the development of young men coaching college football at the University of San Diego for ten years. Jack has over twenty years of professional involvement in the U.S. aerospace industry and he is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Design Net Space Available, a Program Management and Mission Integration professional services firm supporting the Small Spacecraft secondary ride-share market. He returns as an enthusiastic contributor of the board.
Maurice Correia ’76 Is a Certified Public Accountant with Correia & Associates, a San Diego CPA firm who provides a wide range of accounting services to enterprising businesses and individuals principally located in Southern California. The firm’s goal is to provide pro-active solutions for their clients. Maurice has been in public accounting for over 25 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the majority owner of the Ramada Inn & Conference Center located here in San Diego.
Tom Rickling ’85 Works at CCHS as a math teacher and a tireless advocate for the school’s interests. He moderates the Ambassadors for Christ Corps, coaches JV softball and Cross Country, and in his modest words handles “anything else that needs to be done around here.” With 15 members of his family either graduates or currently attending CCHS/Uni and his daily interaction with students, faculty and administration, Tom contributes a relevant perspective to board discussions and projects.
Bryan Wood ’95 Has served as the Dons Head Coach for Varsity Boys Soccer since ’00. Brian’s dad graduated in ’68 from USDHS and was the first of about 20 in his family to attend USDHS/CCHS. Bryan said he his proud of our school’s reputation and is thankful to be a part of the hardest-working championship winning athletic department. “I am grateful for the friendships, education and ethics this school has taught me. I look forward to a continued relationship with my Alma Mater for years to come.”
Kristin King ’85 Works as an Independent Sales Associate for the Worth Collection, a high-end New York-based women’s clothing line, and as a part time Associate for Waters Fine Catering in San Diego. She has been actively involved with The Junior League of both Orange County and San Diego, and also volunteers for Walden Family Services. Kristin is a Communications and Marketing graduate of the University of Arizona. Her three siblings are also graduates of USDHS.
Antoinette Busalacchi DeSantis ’81 Is a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Antoinette is married to Nicholas DeSantis and has three children that are either Cathedral Catholic alumni or students. “I joined the Alumni committee because I have been part of the Don’s family for over 30 years and I not only wanted to support Cathedral Catholic, but also the University of San Diego High School legacy.”
Cort Peters ’92 Is the Director of Catechetical Ministry at St. Therese of Carmel Parish and a teacher at Notre Dame Academy. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Notre Dame. Cort has a total of 20 years in Catholic education, including serving as principal of two Catholic schools and teaching at the high school level. His real passion is his family: Lori his wife, daughter Ella Grace, CCHS ’21; son Cort Thomas, CCHS ’23; and daughter Quin Frances, CCHS ’26.
Sacha Boutros ’97 Is a singer-songwriter, whose sultry vocals, exquisite style and grace are reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood. In 2002, shortly after graduating with a BBA from the University of San Diego, she was introduced by the legendary Frankie Laine at his 90th birthday celebration as his ingenue, where she played with his orchestra along side greats such as Herb Jeffries and Mundell Lowe. Sacha credits our school for greatly impacting her life and her Catholic education.
Chrislyn Millay-Brandt ’85 Is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at San Diego County Credit Union. A graduate of USD in Communications, she has served in various marketing and advertising capacities the past 20 years. Chrislyn is married, has three brothers who are also USDHS graduates, and many more future CCHS Millay family graduates to come. “Most everyone knows our class slogan, 1985 is still alive! What better way to show my spirit than to help keep the the Dons spirit alive,” said Chrislyn.

Krista Moffett ’03 Is a marketing director for a commercial real estate company in La Jolla. She received her BA with an emphasis in Marketing from USD in 2007. She is currently studying for Graduate School in hopes of working in the Sports Entertainment industry. “USDHS holds a special place in my heart. Between sports and Campus Ministry, I was extremely active in the Dons community. By joining the board, I hope to carry on the school spirit as I still carry it on today! Go Dons beat Saints!” |
