Admissions Calendar

OCTOBER

October 17th (10:00 AM-2:00 PM) - Open House
We invite 8th graders and their families to visit the campus and meet our faculty, coaches, and staff. Reservations are not required.

October 25th (2:15 PM-3:00 PM) - Campus Tours
We invite applicants and their families to visit the campus on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 2:15 October through December 10, 2009. Contact the Admission Office to schedule an appointment.

JANUARY

January 8th - Application Packet Due
Application, non-refundable Application Fee Payment and Student Questionnaire must be turned into our Admissions Office.

January 23rd (7:45 AM-11:00 AM) - High School Placement Test
Required of all incoming 9th grade applicants 7:45 am at Cathedral Catholic High School.

January 26th - Admission Interviews
Interviews will be held on January 26, 27, 30, February 2, and 3. Individual interview appointments will be scheduled in January.

FEBRUARY

February 12th - Transcript Deadline
Student Recommendations and all Transcripts must be turned into our Admission Office.

MARCH

March 5th - Admission Decisions Mailed
Student Family Enrollment Agreements included.

March 31st - New Student Family Enrollment Agreements due
Enrollment Contract

APRIL

April 10th - Financial Aid (FAIR) Application Deadline
Completed form submitted

April 13th (3:30 PM-4:30 PM) - 8th Grade Welcome Orientation
Mandatory Orientation starts at 3:30 p.m.

April 24th - Advancement Readiness Tests
Sign-up April 13th at 8th Grade Welcome Orientation
