Admissions Calendar

OCTOBER

October 15th (10:00 AM-2:00 PM) - Open House
We invite all applicants and their families, interested in applying to CCHS for the 2012-2013 academic school year, to visit the campus and meet our faculty, coaches, and staff. Please feel free to attend anytime between 10:00 and 2:00. Reservations are not required.

JANUARY

January 6th - Admission Applications Due - all applicants
All applicants (9th, 10th, 11th grade) interested in applying to CCHS for the 2012-2013 academic school year must do so by this date.

January 21st (7:45 AM-11:00 AM) - EXPLORE Placement Test - for 9th grade applicants
Required of 9th grade applicants applying for 2012-2013.

January 26th - Admission Interviews - for 9th grade applicants
Interviews for 9th grade applicants will be held at CCHS. Dates TBA.

FEBRUARY

February 10th - Transcript Deadline - all applicants
Student Recommendations and all Transcripts from current school must be submitted by this date.

MARCH

March 2nd - Admission Decisions Mailed - for 9th grade applicants
All 9th grade applicants who have applied for the 2012-2013 academic school year by January 6, 2012 will receive an admission decision after March 2, 2012. Student/Family Agreements will be included.

March 23rd - Student/Family Agreements due - for 9th grade applicants
All 9th grade applicants accepted to CCHS for the 2012-2013 academic school year must submit the Student/Family Agreement by this date.

March 27th - 8th Grade Welcome Orientation - accepted & registered 9th grade applicants
Mandatory Orientation for those 9th grade applicants accepted and registered for the 2012-2013 academic school year. The orientation begins at 3:30 p.m.

APRIL

April 10th - Financial Aid (FAIR) Application Deadline
All (FAIR) applications must be completed and submitted to the CCHS Business Office by this date.
